Returns and cancellations

Your 14 day right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at hello@bigbearminis.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in unused condition: unpainted, unaltered, undamaged and in suitable packaging. If an item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Return postage
The buyer pays the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend a tracked service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please email us for the return address before you send anything.

Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method. We will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid on the original order.

Faulty items
Every item goes through quality control before it is dispatched. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email us at hello@bigbearminis.com with your order number and clear photos as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return postage for faulty items. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Made to order items
All of our pieces are printed to order, with a production time of 3 to 5 days before dispatch. Please contact us as early as you can if you wish to cancel an order, as we may be able to stop it before printing begins.
